Delivery within the UAE

• Free delivery on all orders of AED 500 or more.
• Orders under AED 500: AED 35 delivery within Dubai, AED 50 to the other Emirates.

Delivery times

In-stock items are typically delivered within 2–5 working days across the UAE. Some of our products are sourced to order from our brand partners and may take 7–14 working days — where this applies, we will confirm the expected timing by email after you place your order.

Order confirmation and tracking

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it's on its way. If you have any questions about your delivery, contact us at info@anunakids.com with your order number.

Delivery to the GCC and internationally

We deliver across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) and worldwide. Shipping rates for destinations outside the UAE are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Large items

For bulky items such as furniture, cots and strollers, our team may contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
