This Privacy Policy explains how Anuna Trading L.L.C, trading as Anuna Kids ("Anuna", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from anunakids.com (the "Site").

Anuna Trading L.L.C is a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. 1231818, issued by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism), with its registered office at Office C-86, Al Mezan Building, Muhaisanah Fourth, Dubai, UAE.

A note about children

Our products are made for children — our customers are their parents and caregivers. The Site is intended for use by adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@anunakids.com and we will delete it.

What we collect

  • Contact and order details — your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and the items you order, when you place an order or create an account.
  • Payment confirmation — payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, through the Site's chat, or when you subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Device and usage data — information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser type, and how you use the Site.

How we use it

  • To process and deliver your orders, confirm them by email, and handle returns and refunds.
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • To send you marketing emails about new products and offers — only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it, and to measure and run our advertising.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, and to meet our legal obligations in the UAE.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:

  • Shopify Inc. — hosts our store and processes checkout and payments.
  • Delivery partners — receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
  • Omnisend — sends our email newsletters to subscribers.
  • Google — analytics and advertising measurement (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager).
  • Social and analytics tools — such as Metricool (website and social analytics) and Instafeed (displays our Instagram feed on the Site).
  • Shopify Inbox — powers the chat widget on the Site.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by UAE law, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a business transfer.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, and measure how it is used. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you choose which non-essential cookies to allow, and you can change your choice at any time through the banner or your browser settings. Where your information is stored

Our store runs on Shopify, so your information may be stored and processed on servers outside the UAE. Wherever it is processed, we require our providers to protect it to the standards described in this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet UAE legal, tax and accounting requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask us to:

  • confirm what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • correct information that is inaccurate;
  • delete your information;
  • stop sending you marketing.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed, and significant changes will be posted on the Site.
